Batson Haze

Description: While on my way to work from Cape Porpoise, I stopped off at a local scenic spot that overlooks the beautiful landscape. I had stopped here a few times before: once when I captured that lovely shot of the old blue truck, and another time when I was showing the area to my friend and fellow photographer, Scott. Unfortunately, the lighting wasn't quite what I was seeking on those occasions. However, this morning offered up something a little different — amazing lighting accompanied by a smoky haze in the air. This is exactly how I wanted to capture this scene, basked in the morning summer haze.
